The length of the bridge is about 550m width is 16.40m consist of 16 spans Right and 16 spans left the total cost of the project is about 500 millions. The structural system is consisting of cast in situ box section and deep pile foundations.

The Intersection of Al-Haraj Road with Al-Adaira Street and Al-Khaleej Al-Arabi Street

The design check of the prestressed beams of the superstructure for Heraj road bridge. There are two types of precast prestressed beams in the bridge which is a concrete bridge of total length 114m and 32.40m width. The structure is a concrete bridge of length 114m and 32.40m width, it is divided into 4 spans. The deck is precast post-tensioned beams with spans 26 for the first three spans and the last span is 36.00. the precast beams are rested on elastomeric bearings which are seated on a cast in place reinforced concrete pier head. The pier head are rectangular shape and at pier 3 utilized to cope with two depths of beams on the right and the left.
